Coburg Glass Prize
We are delighted to have had two Aesculus selected and shortlisted for a major European glass event, The Coburg Prize.
This is only the third event in nearly 30 years, and considered by many to be the industry's Oscars.
The first award in 1977 , it was the first prize to be initiated in Europe for glass art and it aimed to chart the progress of and promote the studio glass movement.
The second in 1985 consolidated the awards reputation and is today acknowledged the world over as a milestone in the history of glass.
