... The husband and wife team Kate Jones & Stephen Gillies, fellow Chelsea Crafts Fair exhibitors, have their own hot glass studio in North Yorkshire. After graduation (Kate trained as a painter, Stephen as a glass maker at Stourbrige College of Art), they undertook an old - fashioned apprenticeship with glass makers in Denmark and Switzerland.
