The Aesculus is a unique work in overlay sand-carved blown glass and represents our specialist skills with the material.
The work takes the form of the annually abundant horse chestnut seed; the surface patterns draw on observations of micro- elements of the natural world.
Each is an individual within an ongoing body of work which involves an exceptional technical process; layers of making imply layers of meaning that are constantly evolving in content and form.
