Thank you – The Art Fund

May 18, 2016

We enjoyed being part of a fundraising event organised by Durham & Cleveland Members of the Art Fund. We presented a lecture, thanks go to Rosedale’s ‘Coach House’ for hosting the lecture which was followed by opportunity to watch Stephen blow glass in the studio.

The Art Fund has helped two collections purchase our unique works, the Fitzwilliam & Bolton Museum & Art Gallery.

With Love Project

March 16, 2016

Last year we were visited by Chris & Rob of the With Love Project

“With Love is a site dedicated to finding people who produce things with a passion and purpose. It is brought to you by Chris Roberts and Rob Evans and documents their search to find individuals who truly care about what they do and what they produce.

Asking one single question along the way… “Why do you do what you do?”

We are really pleased to have been included in the Film & Book. Thank you.

Soon to be screened at “The Independents Club” london follow @withloveproject for details  http://www.withloveproject.co.uk/

Rosehip Bowl – Limited Edition

November 23, 2015

Our new bowl will be available to order later on this week.  Join our mailing list to receive limited edition emails

The Rose Hip Bowl design depicts the simple form of the hips, the vigorous growth and defensive ‘Dags’ (thorns) of the plant, and serves as a permanent reminder of autumn’s riches, and winters approach.

Handmade at Kew Gardens

September 23, 2015

We will be at this inaugural event  next month, from 8-11 October with a selection of our studio production, limited editions and original works.

“This autumn, Handmade in Britain will be collaborating with Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew to host an international craft event. You’ll be able to meet and buy from over 150 extraordinary designer-makers working across all disciplines including: ceramics, jewellery, fashion and textiles, glass, paper, furniture, metalwork, sculpture and interior accessories.”

Many thanks to the organisers Handmade In Britain for using our bowls on the posters and print media to help to promote the event.
